Lyra's First Time on a Swing

Today, Lyra went for brunch at her friend Zoe's home, in the Heights. They played together on the Everlast mat.  Zoe also played a cd for Lyra from her Fundamentals of Music class (from the Frog Collection), and when Zoe started shaking a tail feather, Lyra joined in.  Lyra also enjoyed Zoe's snail pull toy.  To be frank, all of Zoe's toys looked pretty good.

Zoe's parents suggested a trip to the park, to check out the baby swings.

At the beginning, Lyra isn't sure if she likes being on a swing.

But feeling extra brave and adventurous, she decides to give it the old college try.  Go Lyra!

Lyra looks at Zoe and asks, "What's new, Pikachu?"

It doesn't take long for Lyra to discover that she loves the swing.  "Higher, Mommy, higher!"
